I tried something new for this show. I got the idea when I did the pieces for the Zinnia Show. Those pieces were on wooden blocks. These pieces (3 of six in the show) are actually wrapped around picture frames, so they have easel backs. That way the art can either hang on a wall or sit on the edge of a shelf. The above pieces left to right are entitled: "Baile de Los Muertos" (Dance of the Dead), "A Garden Sprite", and "The Goddess Metallica". They are not quilts. They are a combination of Fiber Art and Assemblage.
My quilt "Undersea Garden, shown below, is also hanging at the gallery.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
